Welcome to Negrete Innovations LLC (“Negrete Innovations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our 3D printing services, including placing orders for customized 3D printed items. Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchase through our website or related services.

By purchasing an item from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice; please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

Order Placement and Payment

  • All orders must be placed using our website.
  • Payment for all orders must be made in full prior to production of the item.
  • Any applicable taxes or shipping fees will be added during checkout.
  • If payment is declined or otherwise not received in a timely manner, we reserve the right to cancel your order and not proceed with production until full payment is received.
  • If an order is cancelled due to nonpayment or delay on your part, we reserve the right to keep any prepaid portion of the order as cancellation fee.

Delivery and Returns

  • All orders are subject to availability and will be shipped within 7 days of payment confirmation unless stated otherwise in writing when ordering.
  • You are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery and reporting any discrepancies or damages within 72 hours of receipt via email (a.negrete@negreteinnovations.com). We may provide a limited warranty on certain items; please contact us for details.
  • For customized items, returns will only be accepted if there is a defect or error that was caused by Negrete Innovations LLC during production; all other returns will not be accepted unless agreed upon in writing prior to production commencement. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Limitation of Liability

Negrete Innovations LLC shall under no circumstances accept liability for any consequential losses due to late delivery, incorrect size/specification ordered, failure of functionality after installation or deviation from expected performance that results from negligence by us or third parties involved in production/installation/delivery process - even if aware of such potential losses beforehand. Our total liability arising out of any product sold shall not exceed the price paid by you for such product regardless of whether damages are categorized as direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you understand that we do not accept responsibility for user generated content including but not limited to reviews/photos posted with respect to those products purchased from us nor do we accept liability arising out of links provided on our website which direct users elsewhere (e.g. links embedded by users themselves).

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Negrete Innovations LLC regarding its subject matter and supersede all previous drafts and agreements between parties relating thereto both written and oral form without prejudice either party's legal rights granted at law namely those associated with matters such as effective date & performance duration etc., This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in [Insert governing jurisdiction]. Except as otherwise permitted herein, no provision hereof shall be deemed waived; amended; modified; varied; discharged; released; extended waived nor have effect whatsoever unless it is done so explicitly & expressly via duly signed written document issued by Us which states exactly what has been waived altered vary omitted discharge ..etc. & why noting also eventual consequence associated with waiver etc. so issued We may assign this Agreement at any time without restriction & without giving prior notice although in doing so it will remain binding on both parties as per execution date despite said assignment
