Refund policy

All sales of custom 3D printed items are final, and no refunds will be given. If there is a defect or error caused by Negrete Innovations LLC during production, please contact us via email at a.negrete@negreteinnovations.com within 72 hours of receipt and we will make it right. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
